Yes - searching vendors, planning functions, budgets, checklists and inquiries are free for customers.

We are an early-stage platform and refuse to show invented prices. You agree prices directly with the vendor; the budget planner tracks the numbers you decide on.

Matching results and clearly labelled further suggestions stay separate. Within each group, Premium Vendors appear first, then non-Premium Owner confirmed profiles and then the remaining Basic listings. Each tier is ordered by distance when available and then business name. Premium never overrides your filters or guarantees an inquiry or booking.

TamilFunction separately confirmed that the business controls its profile through a checked contact channel. It is not a quality, identity, licence or service guarantee.

We are launching city by city and onboarding vendors right now. If you know great Tamil vendors near you, invite them to add their business.

Yes - Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. After you confirm, TamilFunction reviews the request and deletes the customer account and planning data within 48 hours. Previously sent inquiry messages remain as separate records and are no longer linked to your customer account.

Vendor onboarding is currently free while we launch. If this ever changes, existing vendors will be informed transparently in advance.

We review profiles manually as an early-stage team. You can prepare your gallery in your dashboard while the review runs.

Common reasons are incomplete details or content that is not your own work. Update your profile and contact us through the contact page.

Through inquiries with event type, date, city and guest count. You reply directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Yes - Vendor dashboard → Settings → Request deletion. Your listing goes offline immediately.
